Cash is the dominant form of payment and the oldest means of payment available today. Cash is an essential factor for personal freedom and privacy as well as social inclusion. Cash has a unique place as a public good that enables everyone to be involved in the economy and society, regardless of income of status and the only form of payment that guarantees the freedom, sovereignty and privacy of the individual.
